Bemerkungen/Sonstiges | All the aircraft logbooks are up to date, including details of the current storage.
Maintenance Schedules are not complete and up to date, apart from the current
storage requirements, no scheduled maintenance has been carried out
since May 2022.

Current condition of the Avionics, during the period of aircraft storage, it has been
noted that the Pilots Artificial horizon (whilst operating, shows a red FD fail flag all the
time) see attached, on occasions the Co-pilot (Air driven Artificial Horizon) fails to
erect correctly.
No1 Engine Time Since Overhaul 2649:17 (remaining 851 hours) , No2 Engine Time
Since Overhaul 2715:59 (remaining 785 hours), No1 Engine is not runnable and in long
term preservation, No2 2 Engine in runnable condition and in short term storage 30
storage, Both engines have not had any scheduled maintenance since May 2022.
Interior/Exterior condition, good for age, see attached pictures.
The following maintenance is overdue, Battery Cap Test, Radio Annual including
additional radio checks, Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, Phase 5, Phase 18, Phase
20, Phase 34, Phase 49, Engine Minor Inspections, Emergency gear Blow down bottle
hydrostatic test, and any AD’s or SB’s issued since May 2022.
Aircraft has not flown since May 2022, 20 Months.
No 1 Engine is not in a runnable condition due to requirement of replacement parts
(fuel control unit and fuel nozzle servicing), nozzle servicing would require field team
heavy maintenance and would consist of exposing the Hot Section, which could lead
to additional findings.
The left-hand fuel boost pump requires replacement.
The C of A expired May 2023, application/re issues require on site visit from Cayman
Authority and associated cost therein.
26th of Jan 2024 Avionicare Cayman approvals expire, this would then place the
aircraft in an uncontrolled environment and current maintenance facility would no
longer be approved to carry out continued airworthiness and care and maintenance. |
